This page explains the process for all warranty claims and repair requests with Gitsham Automotive & Bott Storage Systems

Dear Customer,

Thank you for visiting Gitsham Automotive & Bott Storage Systems. To help us assess and resolve your warranty or repair request as efficiently as possible, please note the process below. All requests must be submitted with relevant images to aftersales@gitsham.com.au. Requests without image attachments of the vehicle and/or accessory will not be considered.

  1. Vehicle Assessment
    All warranty and repair requests begin with a vehicle assessment. Our technicians will inspect the product to confirm the issue, determine warranty coverage, and agree on the appropriate repair or replacement method. We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours of receiving your vehicle.
  2. Booking for Repair or Replacement
    Once the assessment is complete and the work is approved, your vehicle will be booked in for repair or replacement. General repairs and warranty work are booked in to our workshop for work within 5–15 working days and subject to accessories and product availability. We’ll confirm the expected completion date at the time of booking.
  3. Communication & Contact
    Our aftersales team will keep you updated throughout the process. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact us at aftersales@gitsham.com.au.
  4. Warranty Coverage
    All Gitsham and Bott products are covered by our structural warranty as outlined in your purchase documentation and subject to our Terms & Conditions effective February 2025. Repairs or replacements will be carried out using genuine parts and authorised procedures to ensure long-term quality and safety.
